Hello, I’m Bernardo.

I am a product focused design leader with a strong track of building outstanding experiences for category defining companies. My approach to design is user-centric, data-driven and rooted in fearless experimentation. I've led high-performing design teams through zero-to-one builds, core product overhauls and company-wide strategic pivots – each time fostering a design culture that prioritizes collaboration, diversity and open feedback.

In my most recent role, I led the product design team for Lyft Transit, Bikes and Scooters (TBS) – which included the rider and operations technology teams in Lyft's micromobility markets: NYC, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, DC, Columbus and Denver.

In the past, I’ve built and led design teams at Peloton, BCG Digital Ventures and Smart Design – and occasionally taught at Parsons MFA D+T. For fun, I have an art practice where I explore the intersections of design and technology.
